Once our designers have your approval, they then send the job to our printing department. Our printing professionals then reproduce the files onto the highest quality wrap materials available on the market using one of our high-resolution digital printers. These are printed in panels. They then laminate the printed panels, and cut them to fit your vehicle.
Once the printed material is ready, our Installation crew takes over, prepping your vehicle to ensure an impeccably clean canvas upon which to apply the wrap. They carefully align the printed panels to make sure that the graphics are perfectly aligned.
Armed with squeegees and blowtorches, the crew slowly and painstakingly applies your graphics to the vehicle, taking care to tightly adhere to every contour and seam. Blowtorches help make the material more pliable and makes the graphics literally act as a shrinkwrap. This requires great attention to detail, but in the end you are rewarded with a beautiful new vehicle that promises to give you much more exposure and word-of-mouth than can any other ordinary means of advertisement! |
