FAQs
1. There is a specific set of graphx that I have my eye on, however I would really like to make some changes to make it more customized, such as put my own logo or alter the existing picture. Will you work with me on that?
We are happy to work with you to modify our existing graphx or create new graphx based upon your artwork or ideas. We can even do more discreet customization such as color alterations. There is a fee for such services. Call E Town for more details and visit our custom design information page.
2. In your drop-down list of bike models, I didn’t see my own listed. How do I go about getting graphics that fit my bike?
While all of our graphics can be altered to fit ‘most any bike model, if we do not have the template for your older bike model, we would be more than happy to custom-fit graphx for you- just send us your shroud, fenders, etc. to ensure correct sizing and fit. A small fee would apply.
3. I’ve got a great idea for a set of my own graphx. Can you help me?
E Town is a full-service design shop, employing several cutting-edge and award-winning graphic artists who would love the opportunity to work with you in your quest for fully custom graphx. Ideally, we work with .ai or .ps files. Have no idea what that means? No problem! We are willing to work with your concept from cradle to grave. Call us for more details.
4. Can I get my name added to a graphics kits?
E Town can add your name or number for an additional fee to any decal. Call us for pricing.
5. I just received my E Town graphx and can’t wait to install them. I just want to make sure that I do this right the first time. Anything I need to know before I dive right in?
Keep swiping the soapy water out until it is all gone. Be careful not to scrape the vinyl, so you do not accidentally rip the graphic off as you are swiping with the squeegee.
6. I've never applied my own graphics before. How do I apply these new Etown graphics?
